- Income rider charge as a percentage of the benefit base
- Benefit base roll-up rate and any caps on the roll-up duration
- Income withdrawal rate by age (lifetime income percentage)
- Surrender schedule (year-by-year percentages)
- Free withdrawal terms in year 1 vs years 2+
